Handheld Survey Devices
Our handheld survey devices with touch screen are ideal survey assistants for interviewers. Gathering customer feedback with one of these survey devices is fast and reliable and increases the productivity. In fact, computer-assisted survey data collection is much faster and less error-prone than traditional survey methodologies.
There are indoor models, outdoor suitable models, models with short and long battery life, as well as handheld survey devices accepting a variety of helpful peripherals and models with small displays and models with larger displays. All of the below listed survey tablets are running under the Windows operating system and survey data collection is powered by Digivey Launcher. Handheld survey devices with larger displays have several advantages: They are easier to read, even from a distance and can accept any questionnaire design without limitations. All of the models below are powered by the Digivey survey software and feature a touch screen.
