Introduction
This site respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at this web site and cannot be extended to third party web sites.

Part I.  Information Collection                                                                   

We collect information through our web site at several points by the means of forms.  We collect the following information about primary visitors within our forms: name, job function, company, street address, email address and other address information details.

For requests for information we do not specifically verify the information received. However, we reserve the right to specifically verify the information for requests for evaluation software. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to deny a request for demo software if part or all of the information provided by the requesting party proofs to be inaccurate or misleading. We also reserve the right to deny a request for evaluation software if an evaluation software download request is asked to be sent to a free e-mail account, and/or the identity of the requestor cannot be verified or the requestor cannot be personally contacted for whatever reasons.

We collect this information through collection methods, such as interactive forms. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, name and email addresses are mandatory in order to respond to requests made. Some pages contain interactive support chat boxes in order to provide instant help and support to product and service questions. We do not knowingly disclose the content of online chat, however, the content of online chat may be visible to others without our knowledge. If you have concerns about the privacy of online chat, we recommend to contact us by other means. You are always welcome to call us or email us. Some information we request is optional.

We do not share information with third parties, nor do we engage in the selling of address material to list services.

We do not employ cookies for product information requests. A cookie is a small text file that a Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable companies to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. 

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by us will be used to fulfill requests for information or material. Users who provide accurate information will receive the information they requested.  

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We  will not supplement information collected at our web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.  

We offer links to other web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.  

Our web site does not offer forums or message boards and therefore no such information can become public knowledge.  

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will advise you by a hint on our web site upon the date such policy changes take place.

Refund policy

Our survey products are classified as software and, as such, are usually not refundable outside of our warranty as described in our License Agreement. If you have installation problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. We are here to resolve the issue or take other measures to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.

Support policies

We take pride in offering great customer support for our software and hardware products. We make the software and configure the hardware and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:

  • We will support all software issues as described in the End User License Agreement.
  • We will further render free technical support for the lifetime of the software.
  • We may not offer free support for hardware that has been significantly altered.
