Do you have a trade show or other event coming up and are looking for survey equipment to rent for this purpose?

Any time you have a need for survey tools for a special project, renting some of our well-maintained touch screen survey stations, survey kiosks or handheld survey devices with and without accessories like scanners, magnet stripe readers, spare batteries, printers, etc. is cost efficient, quick and easy. You can rent our survey tools for any period of time, from one day to several weeks or months.

Survey tool rental in 7 easy steps

Get started and book approximately 3 to 6 weeks in advance of your project
Send us the questionnaire draft, pictures, logos and other material you want us to implement
Upon receipt of your materials we will set-up your survey and submit the finalized project to you for approval
We will then load the approved project on the survey systems and ship to you
Unless you booked survey attendants through us, your staff will be responsible to supervise data collection
At the end of the rental period you return the survey systems to us
We will create the final reports and send these to you
